Resmed email signature

Please update your email signature to be aligned with our Resmed brand. This standardized signature not only enhances brand consistency but also includes direct links to Resmed’s social media channels, making it easy for your email recipients to stay connected with us online.

Please update your signature today by clicking on the "Create" tab to the left and then come back to these instructions on how to add the signature to Outlook:

NOTE FOR RCS COMPANIES: Please use the Resmed Residential Care Software email signature generator to promote our brand.

NOTE FOR DEUTSCHLAND: Until further notice, all German employees should use the signature tool provided by your local IT department. (For technical questions please contact blackmesa@resmed.com)

• Fill in the fields under the Create tab. Note: some fields are optional and you can turn them on or off.
• Click the "Copy Signature" button to the lower right.
• Open Microsoft Outlook

For PC:

• Click to open a New E-mail
• Click on the Signature dropdown and choose Manage Signatures
• Click on the "New" button and provide a name for your email Signature, Click OK
• Paste your new signature into the area provided, by pressing the 'Ctrl' + 'V'. You must use the "keep source formatting".
• Save.

For Mac:

• Open Outlook and in the top menu options for Outlook choose Settings.
• Then select Signatures from the list of settings and use the "+" icon to create a new signature.
• If using New Outlook vs Legacy Outlook, you will want to turn on New Editor at the bottom left of your signature window.
• Then paste the signature and click on the paste icon that shows up in the lower corner of your signature and select "Keep Source formatting"
• Save.
